Entering Emptiness Day Retreat
Entering Emptiness Day Retreat

Sunday 9th June 2024
10:00am - 4:30pm
Led by Vajrashura
Dharma practice offers us a vision of a consciousness that transcends all limitations. It goes far beyond managing the stresses of life, improving concentration, and even beyond being happier or more kind.
Firstly, we develop a steady, empathetic, dynamic mind; then we turn that flexible mind towards a direct confrontation with reality. Only when both of these faculties are in play can we enter the unbounded world of the truly real; only then can we fathom the mystery of the void.
On this day retreat, Vajrashura will be exploring what is at the heart of the Dharma, and how we can live with the vision of śūnyatā – emptiness, fullness, richness, insight.
What the Day Offers
• Deeper Understanding of Buddhist Teachings on emptiness or śūnyatā
• Connection with meaning in your life
• An opportunity to engage with the great mysteries of reality
• A chance to practice with others in a supportive environment
