  • Those totally new to meditation or Buddhism who want to jump in at the deep-end.

The event leaders

The next session on 26th March will be led by Atulyamitra.

What will be explored

The theme for March is Going for Refuge.

Atulyamitra will take a look at what Going for Refuge might mean in the western world today. How do we Go for Refuge amid the ups and downs of daily life? Come along on Tuesday to explore the practical ways in which we can free ourselves from attachment to ‘false refuges’ – those things that we look to for happiness and security, but are incapable of providing us with.

The cost

There is no charge for Sangha night but we ask you consider giving a donation.
