Yoga is a form of physical exercise that will have positive effects on your body and mind. It is a highly effective tool to help calm the body and mind, as well as alleviate stress, leaving you more relaxed, energised and calm.

Yoga gives energy, which enables us to lead life fully and with enjoyment, and works on lots of different levels of our being.

Buddhist meditation techniques offer a way of encouraging and developing positive states of mind, such as calmness, clarity, emotional positivity and a deeper seeing of the true nature of things.

A Day Workshop

This workshop is suitable for all levels of yoga, as well as for those interested in meditation.

The day will be an opportunity to reconnect with your meditation or yoga practice if it has slipped, or serve as a great way to try out these practices if you haven’t done them before.

Dharmapriyha is from Canada. He began practicing Iyengar Yoga in 1974 in London. At the same time, he met Buddhists from whom he learned meditation. While he moved into the yoga of B.K.S. Iyengar deepened – he was several times at the Iyengar Institute in India and learned from the most experienced Iyengar teachers in the West – he gradually became a Buddhist. In 1978 he was admitted to the Iyengar yoga teacher as a teacher. He teaches mainly in Germany, but also in Denmark, France, Ireland and Mexico.
